Welcome to my Fitness Blog

Hello..... I am a man from Dallas, Texas (smile when you say that). Born and bred third generation and damn proud of it! I moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE in the Middle East on September 25, 2010 to start working on a major hospital project in downtown Abu Dhabi, the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. Reason for this move was to have an adventure, make more money and try to pay off the debt of 3 children's education at Texas A&M... WHOOP!

I am married to Joy, the most wonderful woman in the world. Been so since 1980 that is 30 plus years. She is my love, my life, my everything. I have 3 wonderful successful children Jessica, Chelsea and Gregory.

This blog is way over due -- I was going to start it last year recording my new adventures in a new world. But I got busy and did not start until today September 1, 2011. It will be a blog to record the adventures and quirks of Abu Dhabi. Plus the blog will be a new motivation to me to get back in shape after nearly a year of sedentary life style. OK ......... I know I have not blogged since Wednesday the 21st way to long..........but I have been working pretty hard on the fat man project. I as well as you were getting bored of the same old stuff I had been posting.
So......to update you.....Every day I have done the stairs, push ups (100+-), & at least an hour work out in the evening.
The work out is so important right now. If I am to make anymore progress.
I am eating pretty well. Except for the wonderful bread that Joy keeps making.
I will have to make some sacrifices. Which is really hard. Since I found out about select 55 Budweiser great beer .......... taste good & can you believe it it is only 55 calories x 6 = 330 calories 1.9 carbs. WOW !

Monday another week is here are you as excited as I am?
Did what I do each everyday (for the most part) EXERCISE, EAT RIGHT, EAT LESS..........starts with Coffee, a piece of toast little butter, & new to the project vitamins fish oil, Multi-vitamin, Glucosmie Chondroitin to help with a little arthritis.
Oh started riding the train so more walking then did the stairs up & down twice did 120 push up at work with the pod peeps.
Home continued eat right.
Worked out for an hour plus running in place moving an grooving to the radio sweating good deal.

Oh yea... got up early again like 7:00 put in the sliding shelf thing in the kitchen cabinet. Cleaned pick up the garage then worked out for more than an hour.
I have hit pretty close to my target weight. It is very hard to lose much more. I have started working out pretty hard. Trying to develop T30X my version of P90x, & Insanity. That will come with time.
Remember I am not a professional trainer. But I know what is good for me. If you want to do something similar then great.
Now check this out. I worked out all morning a good 2 hours if not more. Took a shower before going to the horse races at Lone Star. Charlan Sue was running in the 7 race.
Weighed myself at 12:00 pm at 212.00 looks good, feel good, & smells good.
So I get to the races get settled an had the buffet great food Roast beef, Sea food, cheese, veggies, ice cream, chocolate strawberries, etc. etc....... lots of food. Cost 28.00 so I was going to get a least that much out of it.
Got home at 8:00ish get ready for bed weighed in OMG............225.7
How does that happen 13.7 pounds of food wow what a pig!

Home worked out for an hour with my 10lb hand weights.I do not know how many sets of 25 curls, triceps curls, military press, just keep on moving for an hour.

Got up coffee eggs.....went to church
Back home roast has been a roasting potatoes, carrots, celery, onions, spices all that good stuff.
Add a salad, asparagus, & cold water and I would say good food now let's not eat to much oh! Apple/ice cream pie we added some cinnamon, & sugar & now we are in trouble. mmm good
Finished up the yard for the weekend. planted the flowers we had bought.

Watched a little tube walked/ran in place with hand weights for an 1/2 hour.

Ate left overs from this afternoon . I see the apple pie jeez eat it i did!

ECO seminar at the office free pizza mmmmmm scraped the good stuff off ate it no dough Joe.
Home at 7:00 watched last 2 episode of Breaking Bad so funny. While I worked out (multi task master)
Ran/walked/kicked ..... MOVING & GROOVING .... in place for 60 minutes (got a great sweat going) plus 6 sets of 25 curls, & military press low weight .......... but enuff to say I am tired.
Remember got the clean bill of health so started this week to exercise more & more. Have to tighten it up.

Went to church with the family. Then to Hal & Tracey's for Easter lunch.
Ate prime rib, honey glazed ham, broccoli, asparagus, salad, good food.
Oh have to go finish my Mom's yard. Greg went with so it wasn't to bad but still 3 hours sweat like a PIG.
Stopped got G a Gatorade & I drank a beer damn could not help myself but it sure was good.
Home at 8:00 eat some chicken, tomatoes. Bath then bed.

Ohhh ! Up early went to the NFHS plant sell at the special events center Garland.
2 eggs, bacon tomatoes for breakfast.
Then to Mom's to mow, weed eat, edge.....but the hard part was cleaning all the leaves/debris out of the flower beds. Did not finish there is a very large pile of leaves/debris to sack up.
Rotisserie chicken for lunch
More exercise than I wanted to do today. But a son has to do what a son has to do for his Mother right!
Oops drank 2 beers Michelob Ultra 2.6 carbs 95 calories.

Home at 8:00 hot bath bed at 10:30

After church & lunch on Sunday.......I will be heading back to finish up.

Wow I am so excited ... I cannot hide it ... I am about to lose control ... and I think I like it!!!!!!!!!!
In other words I am back to show ya how to get fit.

So.......... stairs........up then down......... lunch ...... walked to Back Yard burgers on Royal lane & 75 Had a blackened grilled chicken/bacon burger with triple tomatoes & lettuce CHUNKED da BUN! Oh so .......... good !

Then walked back to office about 3 miles round trip. Up da stairs of course.

Then at 6:30 headed to Zach & Lauren's place to help with the last minute assembly for the Perkins + Will................Retrospect display at North Park Mall.

Of course those youngsters ordered pizza & brought beer to test my will power. I scraped the goodies off the pizza no dough joe.........& had one beer.














They needed my truck & my incredible strength.
Go see the display plus all the others they are like so cool. The pictures do not do it justice.
Moved this big ol thing but I did not even break into a sweat. Home at 10:30. Family had made some dinner ate a hamburger pattie & some brussel sprouts & brocolli.

OK ........ I went to see Doctor Stephanian a Vascular Specialist this morning at 8:00 at Baylor Garland the office North Dallas Surgical Specialists.........he said everything looks good stay on the Cumadin pill for 3 months & see me again in May.
No blood clots were found you can do what ever activities you want to do.
CLEAN BILL OF HEALTH.
Then at noon went to Family Medical at North Garland saw Jennifer the PA & Doctor Sadler. Had my INR level checked 2.1 good rage the blood thinner is doing it's job.
so........... I feel good, look good & smell good.......... thank goodness.

So about to head out....... go to the house eat some good food, & do a little work out.
I know....... I know......... weird fatman program .......... eat right, eat less, & exercise DAILY.

OK, sorry for the lack of post but I have taken it easy for the week. I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday. I have had one check on the clots on Monday they were not found YEAAAA!
The Lovenox shots & the Cuamidn pills both blood thinners have worked well.
I will have another check on Tuesday with a Vascular specialist.
After my clean bill of health on Tuesday (fingers crossed). I will start working on the exercise part of the Fatman project again.
I have been continuing the diet part of the project with great results.

WOW ! it snowed last night.......... nice new fresh white sheets layed over everything so pretty.
Went back to Vail very big mountain to explore.
There at 10:00 rented some snow blades the night before. I like........do NOT cross my tips nearly as much.
A little cloudy this morning 20 degrees but got sunny in the afternoon. Another perfect day on the slopes.

I got up early. Got coffee & a super sonic breakfast burrito from guess who SONIC!
I got my blood test at the hospital in Trinidad Colorado. Greg & I drove to Longmont to attend a funeral for a wonderful woman Adalea Shaver.
Played a little wii at the house before going to Armadillo's mexican food.
That's all the exercise the fatman project got today.











Then to Dillon early to bed to be rested for a day of skiing.

Not much of a fitness blog lately.
I AM OUT of the hospital ! Thank Goodness!!
OK I have to vent.
It looks like now for the next 2 to 3 months. I will be on a ____ blood thinner starting with Lovenox shots. I will give myself a shot every 12 hours for the next 7 days.
Plus at the same time once a day. I take a Comaodin pill.
Arghhhh that's going to be for the next 2 to 3 ____ months.
Also I have to get a blood test every other day to make sure my INR levels are right.
Check my temperature & my blood pressure 4 times a day.
So.....listen & learn from other peoples experiences ........ I will never do an elective surgery again. I will live with a little discomfort. What I am talking about is.
I had a Pilonidal cyst on my back side right at the top of my cute little tan butt.
It bothered me once or twice a month sometimes it would go for months never acting up.
Not that big a deal right? Right....... NO instead of just saying no big deal. I had to mess with myself & my health.
Now I have to take it easy not do this, not do that. But do all that _____ stuff above.

So the moral to the story is never do an elective surgery. Just tough it out. Things can be a lot worse. However, even though all this ____ has happened. I am still going skiing with Greg. I will survive. I will deal with it. So green slopes only for me. We are going to keystone. Been there done that pretty easy if you want it to be.
Got to wear a helmet doctors orders. Big head already, now a BIGGER head.

OMGoodness................ I am still in the hospital.
I have to get out of here. I want to go skiing with Greg.
I might design Hospitals but I really do not like being a patient.
The stay is great for the design process. I know first hand what, when, how it works.
BUT............I lay, sit, pace, watch TV, blog, face book, my space watch movies etc.
Then the nurse comes in asked how are you takes your vitals (107 77 could not be better).
I get a shot of LOVENOX in my belly every 12 hours which I do myself.
Then a pill of Coumadin 5mg twice a day.
All of this to thin my blood.
There is no real reason in my limited mind that I should have to stay here.
I CAN DO IT MYSELF.

Started out as a great day! BUT did not end up good.
Up & out to work after a few cups o coffee.
Got all my ducks in order for me to be gone next week. Greg & I are headed to our father son ski trip for spring break.
Chelsea & Zachary meet for breakfast at the Original House of Pancakes on lemmon ave & Oakgrove lane. Funny i worked on Oakgrove in 1978 at Mitchell/Hall Engineering.
It is Uptown area now the building is gone.
Went to the deposition at the attorneys office. Went way to long.
Finally home to finish packing the rest of our stuff for the trip.
ARRRGHHH ! ! Then my arm started feeling numb & swelled up popping popping veins red/purple color not that pretty (& everybody nows how pretty my arms are RIGHT?
Kids said you need to go to the doctor........jeezzzz.......I said NOT we G & me are going skiing like NOW!
I will be fine maybe.....well it was not much of a choice with those .......... kids they for some reason want me around for a few more days.
So went to the doctors they checked me out said you may have a DVT deep vein thrombosis from the PICC line from a couple of weeks ago.
You need to go to the ER to get a ultra sound.
Results were 2 blood clots in the area were I had the PICC line. Trying not to curse on my blog so do you own cursing for me MF GDS F OMG this BS F life S a WTF........................AARRGGGHHHHHHH! i would love to hit something...........
now i am in the Baylor Garland Hospital for a few days

Same ol same ol day AGAIN!

Argggghhh !!! ..........donut day........just say no......... but i can not ate 3 kolaches removed the bun good but not as good.
Then I saw the donuts just sitting there calling me............. I could not help myself.
I ate a 1/4 of a buttermilk cake donut & savored every second of it.



Rest of the day was great. Picked up Chelsea at the train station then went to eat at the olive garden. We went to a review for a deposition for an accident Chelsea had 2 years ago.

Went to run some errands. Coming home down Campbell had this weird deal with a guy that was driving kinda erratically weaving slowing down speeding up. I was going home behind him. He turned left on to Murphy road as did I. Had my chance to go around him. I turn on to Green Acres. All of a sudden he whipped in behind me. Did not want him to follow me home turned into the parking lot of the Pool area. He turned in had a conversation asked if he a was a little wasted He said no FRED I am fine..........but hey FRED how are you are you ok. Answer Yes. Well great FRED I am good too........But FRED how are you must live in Murphy Farms uh FRED, Hey FRED stated to ramble, ramble, ramble, totally hilarious but a little scary uh.. FRED. Really obsessed with the name FRED.
WEIRD PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD!
oh yea just look at me I am kinda weird too. Getting in shape by eating right & exercise.
Now that is weird.

Road the bike for about 30 minutes hit some weights ......... high reps low weights.

Made a pot o coffee.
Thursday's are tough days at the office for the fat man. Reprographics Consultants brings us kolaches, & donuts. I just say NO to the donuts but if I am quick I get 2 kolaches remove the bread & eat da weiner.
Did the stairs of course.
Doing push ups with the pod pack did about 70 today. Left overs on the 3rd floor chicken fajitas from On the Border.
Then to make it worse at 5:30 it is BEER THURSDAY at the office.
Dang no booze.
Where's the water.................... ARGHHH !!
Meet Joy, Jessica, Greg, & Will at the Stars game. They lost 6 to 1.
OHH NO to top off the day STARS game we got the buffet only ate the meat but a lot of it.
Took Greg to Firewheel mall to meet Brianne. They are going to the midnight showing of the new Alice in Wonderland.

Went to the doctors to check on my healing body.
Home at 6:00 ish. Joy made baked fish, brussel sprouts.

Tuesday busy day.
Headed to work early needed to get some stuff ready to go to Glen Rose Texas.
Walked up the stairs did 2 sets of 20 push ups with the pod pack.
Then out da door to the job site.
Ohh pot o coffee of course............
Breakfast at Whataburger sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit sandwich without the biscuit.
Lunch subway salad double chicken.
Traffic was a blankety blank coming home got there at 5:30
Dinner .......... grilled some bellpeppers, onions, added some leftover chicken mmmm good.
A little tired went to bed at 9:30 kinda rare for me.

Monday again just like last week. The weekend is over back to the wonderful grind.
Just another day let's make the most of it!

Heated uo a piece of chicken for breakfast.
Off to work I go......... Do the stairs good boy.
NO MORE PICC LINE.
My pod/cubilcle peeps Scott & the Tiffinator. Are glad I have da PICC out. We can get back to doing our group push ups. Did 60 today. Great for the arms, back, & the gut.

Worked a little late. Home at 8:00. joy had made some chicken, brocoli, & grilled onions with some tomatoe type sause.

Then Greg & I watched Zombie Land. Pretty gross but dog gone funny. Opening scene made ref to our own Garland Texas & how ghetto it is!
But that did not stop me from working out.
Used the hand weights 15 lbs each arm did curls, military press, upright rows & walked in place during most of the movie. 6 sets 25 reps 15 lbs per hand.
Just keep on moving.

Wow Sunday a week goes by so quickly doesn't it?
We all got up went to church. Good start............. had some coffee before we headed out.
Went to Mooyah new hamburger place up on 544. It is my kinda of place because they actually have a Burger with no bun they use iceberg lettuce. How cool is that.





















My brother David called me & said that I have a lying ass blog about our conversation. But I think it is pretty accurate description of the conversation.
This is my blog on how I or anyone can get fit. If they are willing to make some sacrifices for a few months.

Well another day in paradise just living the dream
Pot of coffee of course.
Went to help out Mom today.
Stopped at Whataburger got 2 sausage, egg, & cheese biscuit sandwiches without the biscuit.

Back at the house by 3:00.
Ate some chicken & tomatoes then hit the treadmill for 30 minutes.
Going to play Whirly Ball combination of bumper cars, Lacrosse, & basketball tonight with my brother David & a bunch of Brandon's friends (check him out if you need some real estate).
Even though just riding around in a bumper car. I actually worked into a sweat.










Talked with my brother David. Thats him in the black shirt fixing one the cars.
He is TRYING to lose weight & get in shape.
But you know what Yoda says about TRY "there is no try young skywalker there is only do or do not.
I think he is doing the Atkins thing. He says some nutrition professional's said you need to cheat every couple of weeks. But I do not think so. I will monitor his progress but cheating never works.
Exercise & eat right is the way to fitness period end of sentence.
My brother thinks this a challenge between us but it is definitely not.
I started 01.04.2010 to help myself feel better & be healthy.
Today was a pretty good day for the fatman. Feeling good, looking good, & smelling good !

After work 12:00 ish we do half a day Fridays.
P+W had a play day went to play broom hockey in Addison Square Garden Ice Skating Rink......free food, free beer, free broom hockey.
Which really sucks for me dieting means no booze (guiness) & or pizza. Ate some pizza anyway but pulled the stuff off & threw away the bread.

I am the one in the black jacket & the hat. I was so very cold. Do I need to buy some new pants? They are a little to loose on my skinnier bod.
First game pretty cool we won 4 to nuthin!
Second game lost 4 to nuthin. Ice got real slippery I fell on my backside a couple time & it was right on my open wound ouch!! Even bruised my right arm another OUCH!!!
But went home took a couple of hydrocodo & relaxed.

Still early watching ET ....... Kirstie Alley on with her new weight lost deal jeez another diet deal when will everybody learn.
Only one way to loss weight exercise, eat right, eat less period end of sentence.
Wow ........... how lucky are ya'll? An early post to the blog.

Wow another week gone bye bye. Tomorrow TGIF you do agree right.
COFFEE .....to work walked the stairs of course.
Thursday that means donut day at the office. Bad hard to say NO. But I did say no to the donuts. Ate 3 kolaches took the bread off & ate just the little weiner mmm good.
Diana (lady at work) brought some briscket & roast beef in to share with everyone.
Ate that then walked the stairs during lunch 6 flights 3 times. 6 x 22 = 132 x 3 = 366 steps. I was a little tired. What a burn on the old legs.
Doctors appointment at 3:45 they said looking better lets remove the PICC line OMG I am so thankful. I was getting a little tired of the situation.
So Monday I can start doing the hand weights again.
Came home ate some chicken & spinach.
Think I need to stop writing this stuff & hit the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Up & at 'em this morning had some coffee then out the door.
Went to Glen Rose Texas about 1 1/2 hours south west straight down hwy 67. Went to OAC meeting at Glen Rose Regional Medical Center.
Had a pretty good steak (little dry) dinner salad & grilled asparagus for a late lunch.
Headed back to Dallas had a Doctors appointment at 3:45.
Home by 6:00.
Jessica made another good dinner especially for moi'. Salmon with mixed veggies & brocoli with cheese.
Got on the treadmill & studied for a ARE exam for nearly 2 hours.

Back down stairs for lunch one at a time then back up.
Jessica made some excellent chicken soup even left out the corn & rice in my portion.

Back down for lunch another 144. Went to the park read study walk for a little.
Few pieces of fruit very few.
Got home after visiting mom at Winters Park Nursing Home.
Great dinner chicken, squash, a little rice very little.
Watched Law Abiding Citizen and walked/ran in place lifted hand weights for nearly 2 hours.

Helped Greg clean the gutters at Aunt Mary's house and that was a lot of working out.

Back to the condo load up & head for home.
Joy drove home got there at 9:00ish.

Got to work having another great day. Detailing in Revit.
I/We my pod group (workstations) were doing 10 to 20 push ups every hour but the PICC line keeps me from doing any repetitive moment.
Really limits the results that I want to achieve. Oh well I should use it as an excuse uh!
Were going to College Station to visit Chelsea this afternoon. Greg, Joy & I are going to Aggie land Saturday.
So I did nothing else ate some chicken & rode to College Station.

oh yea great day!
Ate some lettuce for breakfast was in a hurry. So weird I know a handful of lettuce and COFFEE.
Walked the stairs...basement to 3rd floor remember exercise when ever you can.

Started working on a new project at work was trained on Revit months ago. Now I am actually using the software. It is pretty cool & easy. I like it!
So I worked through lunch lost track of time.

Had to go to the doctors at 2:00 for my cyst infection thing.
Got home at 4:30 ish. Ate some rotisserie chicken for a snack. Changed clothes & went to ride my bike all the way to Winter Park Nursing Home about 5 miles one way.
My mom is doing pretty good.

Now I have to ride all the way home ohh... got half way to Megatel Homes at Brand & Cambpell. Called Joy to come get me. I was sooo tired. WHAT A WHIMP !

Ate some delicious chicken & green peas. Wish I could have some peanut butter.

Monday, Monday a day like any other day. I am so excited I just can't hide it! Up late went to get the PICC line checked. Had a couple of cups at the house. Sausage a slice o cheese.
Walked the stairs, good start.
Blood drive at the office today. Cannot give because of the hospital stay etc. Which is bad. I hold the record for the most blood giving at the office.
Stairs down at lunch. Went to the park to read & walk for an hour.
Had snacks for the blood givers so i snacked on cheese & meat slices NO CARBS. Oops I did eat one Ritz cracker.
Stop by see mom. Then home Joy, Jessica made steak, brussel sprouts, & mixed vegetables.
Watched Couples Retreat & walked/ran/and weights for the entire movie. Remember no right arm PICC line.

Happy Valentines day!

Sunday, made it to church Jessica & Greg late left with out them.
Headed to taco bueno after church keeping with the diet had 2 sides of chicken fajita meat on a side of lettuce with grated cheese & some pico on top ($2.87 cheap).

Headed over to Winters Park Nursing home to check on Mom. Moved her to room 407. There was a large crazy afro american evangelistic woman that was hell bent on saving my already saved Mother. She said that she was her room mate because god had called her to save her. But my Mother just needs some physical therapy & some good rest.
David & Gail came to take Mom to see Al. I told them how good I was doing with the project. He said no way that you lost that much weight since January 4th. But I have with exercise & eating right.

Got back to the house Joy was in a cleaning frenzy. So I got Greg vacuuming me dusting it quickly became an all afternoon ordeal. But whew it really needed to be done. Even scrubbed the tile floor with a cleaning stuff & a brush.

Then got dressed in some warm clothes because it is cold. Went all the way up Murphy road turned right to racetrack north to the rock road to the cemetery scary then to Kimbrough. Walked the east side then started across the track. Bam the alarm went off in the stadium scarred the heck out of me. Never happened before & I have done this many times. I ran very quickly..........I could see myself calling Joy saying guess what? Back to the house same way just backwards.

That was 1 1/2 hours of pretty hard bike riding.
Joy having left overs. I pan cooked some chicken with onions, peppers & spices. Through it on some leaves of lettuce & ate it up.

Hit the hand weights a little before bed. 4 sets of 25 about 6 different basic exercises.

Did not get up till late. Drank some coffee cooked a couple of eggs. Dealing with the open wound cyst is really a pain. But also a pain is just everyday stuff really makes it hard to get & stay in shape.

Some is fun though like Greg tackling the big Snowman we made yesterday.
Oh I need to count the Snowman building as exercise yesterday or is that being active not sitting in the house watching TV.
Managed to run/walk the dog about 1.5 miles plus ride the bike a good 1 1/2 hour.
Joy made dinner pork chops, peas, & cut up potatoes grilled good but can not eat them. Well had 3 little bitty ones good stuff. Wish I had some peanut butter right now. I really love peanut butter.
Wow doing good on the weight though..................

We have stopped doing P90X until I heal & get the pick line removed.

Oh my goodness it actually snowed 12" in Dallas Texas.
Did not go to work stayed home another good excuse the weather. Plus I have to take my mother to the nursing home.
Omelet, sausage, & coffee.
Then made big snowman with Greg. That's working out & bonding with my son.

Go to mom's help her pack take to Winter park Nursing home. Had to pick her up about 6 times carry her a few feet. That should have burnt some calories. maybe not she doesn't weigh 110 pounds.
Did my first infusion through my PICC line.
Jessica & Joy made dinner grilled chicken,with peppers/onion, broccoli. They made fried breaded chicken strips,  & okra. love that stuff but i said no NO then i ate one okra & a tiny piece of the chicken.
Did a lot of activities all day but it is not enough you have to do the exercises.
Ride the bike for an hour.

Wow it's snowing in Dallas.
Good reason to go to work late plus I have a Doctors appointment at 11:00. Will show me how to do my infusion for the infection.

Had to go to work need a quick bite but stay on the diet with taco bueno ordered 2 sides of chicken fajita meat bed of lettuce, grated cheese, & pico. $2.87
Joy made some beef vegetable soup said it is on my diet but i dont know ....... to many carbs. Only ate one small bowl.
Need one more day of take it easy because of the infection.
My right arm has a PICC line in it. So right arm no repetitive movement until it is removed could be 2 weeks.
That really makes it difficult to do what i need to do.

In the hospital will have surgery at 10:00 to open & clean out the cyst. Have had nothing to eat since midnight.
It is only 6:00 am might as well walk in place did a whole hour.
Surgery went good, slept the rest of the day.
Got up at 6:00 ready to get this party stated kinda still in the hospital. found the coffee maker make my own pot.
Walk in place at 11:00 then to sleep.

Scheduled surgery in the morning.

i did work out i hvae a home gymI started working on getting fit again. That means in my mind exercise, & eat right.
The weeks before was of course New Years, & Christmas holidays. I pigged out......just ate, & ate, & drink, & drink probably not a good thing.

I weighed in at 259.2 that morning

walk the stairs 6 flights
4 cups o coffee
2 strips of beef jerky oops to many carbs no more of that stuff
1/4 # of chicken fajita meat from Taco Cabana plus some pico
First day ....... s l o w s t a r t ........... but i have just begun

On Monday January 4th 2010 I started working on getting fit again. That means in my mind exercise, & eat right.
The weeks before was of course New Years, & Christmas holidays. I pigged out......just ate, & ate, & drink, & drink probably not a good thing.
At midnight I finished a couple of shots then said. NO MORE!
Now nothing for 6 months 01.04.2010 to 06.04.2010.
