Welcome to my Fitness Blog

Hello..... I am a man from Dallas, Texas (smile when you say that). Born and bred third generation and damn proud of it! I moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE in the Middle East on September 25, 2010 to start working on a major hospital project in downtown Abu Dhabi, the Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. Reason for this move was to have an adventure, make more money and try to pay off the debt of 3 children's education at Texas A&M... WHOOP!

I am married to Joy, the most wonderful woman in the world. Been so since 1980 that is 30 plus years. She is my love, my life, my everything. I have 3 wonderful successful children Jessica, Chelsea and Gregory.

This blog is way over due -- I was going to start it last year recording my new adventures in a new world. But I got busy and did not start until today September 1, 2011. It will be a blog to record the adventures and quirks of Abu Dhabi. Plus the blog will be a new motivation to me to get back in shape after nearly a year of sedentary life style. ride bike in da morning stop for a cup
home make some breakfast eggs, bacon , & tomatoes
Some frizbee golf with Greg and it is COLD as sit boo boo.......
home cook some delicious quesodillos

P90X Stretch or Rest we choose rest or really Greg chose rest
hung out with Joy watched a movie put her to bed
then ride the bike 2 hours 11:00 pm to 1:00 am walked the stadium
got back home water water & ate a bunch of celery so satisfying NOT & that is a big NOT.
wish i could eat some peanut butter

Before church coffee ride bike for an hour
Need to see Mom at the Hospital. Greg, Joy & I go to Baylor downtown after church.
First go to Mockingbird station go eat at the Irish pub great food. Philly cheese steak fresh veggies.
Dart station BIG stair take a detour up & down twice then to urban outfitter coolest stuff around & I hate to shop but I did. Greg got a few things (On sale).

But you know what ......... it is time to step it up again
Greg & I saw the info commercial for P90X a few days ago got a copy from a friend ......wow........so we start tonight.
P90X Chest & Back not a bad work out. What I got from the bring it part of the video. Basically I have been doing it all right got to mix it up fool your body.
