Coffee of course but aw no breakfast.
Stairs 144 steps all the way up.
Back down for lunch another 144. Went to the park read study walk for a little.
Few pieces of fruit very few.
Got home after visiting mom at Winters Park Nursing Home.
Great dinner chicken, squash, a little rice very little.
Watched Law Abiding Citizen and walked/ran in place lifted hand weights for nearly 2 hours.

That wasn't chicken I made on Monday night!!! It was tilapia with a tomato, parsley and lemon juice salsa something on top. And, technically, it wasn't squash, it was zuchinni! AND I cleaned the kitchen ;)
