Pot o coffee yea.
Heated uo a piece of chicken for breakfast.
Off to work I go......... Do the stairs good boy.
NO MORE PICC LINE.
My pod/cubilcle peeps Scott & the Tiffinator. Are glad I have da PICC out. We can get back to doing our group push ups. Did 60 today. Great for the arms, back, & the gut.
Worked a little late. Home at 8:00. joy had made some chicken, brocoli, & grilled onions with some tomatoe type sause.
Then Greg & I watched Zombie Land. Pretty gross but dog gone funny. Opening scene made ref to our own Garland Texas & how ghetto it is!
But that did not stop me from working out.
Used the hand weights 15 lbs each arm did curls, military press, upright rows & walked in place during most of the movie. 6 sets 25 reps 15 lbs per hand.
Just keep on moving.

Now that my PICC is out!
I can get back to doing the weights alot more 3 to 4 sets if not more. Low weight high reps 25 min.
Time to tone it up & make it tight.
